Dmitri I. Dubograev
Dmitri I. Dubograev is Of Counsel of Serge Bauer, P.C. in Washington, D.C. He focuses on representation of US and international clients in the information technology, finance, energy, telecommunication, software and biotechnology industries in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, technology transfers and corporate structuring and financing. He advised numerous international and US companies with respect to complex issues relating to multinational energy and IT joint ventures in the United States, Europe and Asia and the emerging markets’ challenging regulatory environment. He has structured and organized start-up businesses and joint ventures and represented Western and Russian corporate clients and financial institutions in business transactions involving Russia and other countries of the former Soviet Union. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dubograev was counsel in the corporate practice group of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, L.L.P. in Washington, D.C. and earlier, an associate at Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Dubograev received his degree in law with excellence from Belarussian State University in 1991 and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University in 1994. Peter G. Yanachkov
Peter G. Yanachkov is of counsel of Serge Bauer, P.C. in its Washington, D.C. office. He specializes in consulting private and government clients in connection with complex issues of cross-border international commercial transactions and legal reforms advisory services. He has excellent knowledge of the legal aspects of international project financing, privatizations and foreign direct investment in the economies in transition in Europe and Central Asia and has working experience in 11 countries in the region. He is an experienced trainer on an international level, and applies this expertise in training in the legal aspects of foreign investment and international equity capitalization for companies seeking private and public market equity capi tal. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yanachkov was foreign attorney in the Law Office of Morris H. Deutsch in Washington, D.C. and Counsel in the Legal Department of The World Bank, (Europe and Central Asia). Mr. Yanachkov served as consultant to various government agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Yugoslavia (both in Serbia and in Montenegro).
