Our firm has extensive experience in the acquisition of temporary visas, visas for professionals, and visas for third country nationals. These non-immigrant visas, in contrast to immigrant visas, are for individuals entering the U.S. for a temporary period of time and are restricted to the activity consistent with their visas. However, non-immigrant visas are less likely to be subject to numerical restrictions and more likely to obtain waivers of inadmissibility.
