The above mentioned set of documents can be sent to our office via any means. These very first pieces of information allow us to determine how me might best be of assistance to you. Additionaly, it is in your best interest to do so, as it will save you money and time as we can more quickly become acquainted with the critical issues of your case. The total amount of time of the consultation includes the time in which the attorney spends on the overview of your case, and time spent in the meeting itself.
The first meeting usually focuses on analysis of possible avenues available to the client for immigration into the U.S. It also focuses on discussing procedural and legal matters related to obtaining immigrant or non-immigrant visas. The payment is per hour of work.
Please take into consideration that we can provide legal services and become legally responsible for such services only after a contract between the firm and client has been developed and signed by the client.
