FirstPathway Partners LLC helps foreign investors become United States citizens through the Department of Homeland Security Immigration Investor (EB 5) program.
The partnership provides an investment vehicle within the Milwaukee, Wisconsin MMAC Regional Center that qualifies investors for a Green Card and Citizenship if so desired. The Fund is a $500,000 minimum investment required program, targeted toward high net worth individuals who understand and appreciate the convenience and timeliness created by participating in a diversified fund.
This Fund, as a result of the FirstPathway design provides the greatest flexibility possible with respect to where the money is invested and the structure of the deal. It also significantly reduces the pressure on the critical job creation requirement of the EB 5 program.
