Many possible issues may arise when petitioning for an EB-5 investor Visa. The following are some of these issues, with solutions:

Attempt to obtain funds from a lawful source and apply again, or consider a visa alternative |
| After two years, the investor’s permanent green card is denied because they did not meet the conditions set forth by USCIS |
Consider a visa alternative or extension |
| After two years, the investor was not able to create ten U.S. jobs on their investment, as required |
1) Consider a visa alternative or extension
or
2) if the investment was with a Regional Center, the investor may re-file with another Center and try again
